Wichita Mountains National Wild Life Refuge:
The City of Duncan is located 60 miles east of the Wichita Wild Life Refuge. Home of the oldest mountain range in North America. This area is best known as the last battle ground of Apache Chief Geronimo. This was the western frontier of early America where many legendary stories originated.
