System Upgrade Scheduled for September 3rd-5th, 2025
All City of Duncan payment systems will be offline beginning at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 3, continuing through September 5, 2025, for maintenance and upgrades. During this upgrade, utility payments may be dropped at the drop box in front of City Hall, located at 1600 S Hwy 81. Payments received will be processed Monday, September 8, 2025. There will be no late fees for utility payments for Billing Areas 1 and 5 that are due during this timeframe period. Customers, if unsure of their billing area, are asked to look at the leading digit on their account number which indicates the billing area. City of Duncan appreciates our community’s understanding during this important upgrade to systems in order to continue to serve our residents efficiently.
